This timeline is reflective of industry standards for fine, made-to-order jewellery. You will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched.

 


 

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via tracked and insured courier services. Carrier selection may vary by destination. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

We take no responsibility for delays caused by the carrier once your order has been handed over for shipment.

United Kingdom Orders

Following the UK's departure from the EU, orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs clearance procedures upon arrival. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.

Orders shipped outside of Ireland may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of your order.

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Velour Jewels accepts no liability for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrectly submitted address.
