  • Product imagery is representative; slight variations in colour, finish, or texture may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our jewellery and screen display differences

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or decline orders at our discretion

 

 

Order Acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is not confirmed or accepted until:

  1. Payment has been successfully processed, and

  2. You have received an official order confirmation email from Velour Jewels

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.

 

 

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

By placing a custom or bespoke order, you acknowledge and accept:

  • The production timeline outlined in our Shipping Policy

  • That the item is final sale and non-returnable (subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy)

  • That minor variations inherent in handcrafted jewellery are not considered defects

All content on this website — including but not limited to logos, brand name, product designs, photography, copy, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Velour Jewels. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

 

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish and EU law, Velour Jewels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
